 Sponsored properties - How to use?
Solution
The owner has the possibility to order one "sponsored property" package per property:


1. in the owner account select the "Settings" link

2. select the "Sponsored properties" link >> "Add a new sponsored property"

3. the fields are used as it follows:

a) "Selected property" > select the property for which the package is ordered

b) "Package" > select the package to order

c) "Payment type" > this is the package payment type (recurring or one time)

d) "Start date" > the date you want to start the property advertising

4. select the "Add package" button

5. The administrator will receive an email notificaiton for the new sponsored property. The email content can be modified by editing the language files (/language/english.php)

6. select the appropriate payment link for the package payment

7. the owner orders will be listed on the "Sponsored properties" page: property name, package name, advertising period, activation state, payment type, payment link (if the payment was not done yet).

8. after making the payment, it the payment processors uses a return URL, the package will be automatically activated and the property will be marked as "sponsored".

The "sponsored" properties are using a different template for the properties listing page. The template can be modified by editing the file /tpl/visit/v60/property_details_list_sponsored.tpl
