Solution
This new feature allows the display of the properties on top of the listing, based on the packages ordered by the owners. Each package is available for a certain number of days.

1. Sponsored packages definition

a) select the "Sponsored properties" link displayed in the "Settings" page and in the dashboard, under the "Advertising management" block;

b) select the "Packages" link >> "Add new package"

c) the fields must be completed as it follows:

- Name: package name

- Number of days available: the package availability period (days)

- Package price: the package price

- Recurring only: select this checkbox if the active payment methods allows recurring payments

- Where to display the property: the sponsored properties can be listed on the "search page" or on the "listing and search pages"

d) select the "Add" button >> the package has been added

2. Payment processors configuration

The "sponsored properties" packages payment is done using the payment processors activated in the "Sponsored properties" page.

IMPORTANT: The payment methods are configured in the "Settings" page >> "Payment method"!

a) select the "Payment methods" link

b) there are 18 payment processors available in the system; under each payment logo are displayed the defined packages;

c) select the checkboxes next to the packages to be paid using the payment processor; (first make sure the processor is configured in the "Settings" page >> Payment method)

d) select the "Activate the selected payment processors" button

3. General settings

a) In the "Sponsored properties" page / popup select the "Settings" link

b) the fields must be completed as it follows:

- Number of empty slots on the list properties page: the number of sponsored properties slots available on the properties listing page

- Number of empty slots on the search results page: the number of sponsored properties slots available on the search results pages

- Delete account x days after the subscription has expired: the number of days within the subscription account must be deleted after the package expired

- Send the payment email reminder x days before the subscription expires: the number of days within the "Send payment link reminder" will be displayed before the subscription expires

4. Subscriptions

The sponsored properties are listed on the "Sponsored properties" page, under the "Subscriptions" link. for each property are displayed the following informations:

a) Property: property name

b) Owner: property owner name

c) Start date / Expires on: the property is marked as sponsored during this priod

d) Package: sponsored package name

e) Package type: the pages where the property is listed (listing and search pages / search pages)

f) Payment type: recurring or one-time

g) Active: subscription status (active / inactive)

h) Actions: the actions will be applied on the subscription (activate / deactivate, change payment type, edit, delete, send payment reminder)
